Within the first 90 days, launched the Life-ing microsite from strategy through execution, driving 3x higher click engagement from live event audiences versus prior year. Developed a full blog transformation strategy covering taxonomy restructuring, hub architecture, authorship improvements, and content optimization to improve crawlability and LLM visibility through mentions and citations.

Designed and deployed AI-powered internal tools using Claude Code, including a blog content reviewer scored against brand voice and SEO/GEO rubrics, stakeholder dashboards, analytics QA workflows, and a website component builder.

Led technical SEO and site health initiatives in partnership with engineering, and built web pages directly in the CMS across Intuit.com.

Built the content operation to 1,300+ tax articles and videos, led technical initiatives including schema automation, CMS migration, and dynamic sitemaps, and designed A/B tests across layouts and navigation that drove a 3x increase in conversion rate. Won a Star Award for a cross-functional navigation redesign that drove $53M in incremental revenue.

Built TurboTax's GEO content playbook and AI search program, including prompt testing across LLMs and a framework spanning TurboTax and Credit Karma that became the standard for the broader organization.
